If you join a company to buy at wholesale the behavior is to recruit recruit recruit, you will need a huge team to ever make money because no one will buy at the retail price!! it will take 8 times more people at wholesale to make the same as at retail…again who wants to buy at RETAIL? 10 DISTRIBUTORS=1 RETAIL CUSTOMER!! IS IT REALLY A NUMBERS GAME? Whether you like Wal-mart or not Sam Walton had the perfect Idea for the perfect business model.

What is the lifeblood of any business? Product movement to the end consumer. Walton said ” Do people care when they buy their groceries whether theres an acoustical tile ceiling, or if they see the roof rafters and white bar joists?” The answer: They dont care!!

So he invented a business model where you have shelves with cases and cases of soda. In the evening they bring the products down and stock the shelves warehousing for ALL the manufactures, saving them ton’s of money and passing the savings on to you the consumer.

How does this relate to network marketing?Look at every company and compensation plan. lets say every company pays out 50% of retial to reps. Each product no matter what the cost they pay a 50% commission. You an only cut the pie so many ways. If you pay 50% commission on $79.95 (DONT FOR GET THE BREAKAGE YOUR DOING WHOLESALE AND SO IS YOUR TEAM SO THE COMMISSION IS ON $39.95 NOT $79.95 WHICH CUTS YOUR COMMISSION BY 50%) or 50% commission on $39.95. Do you thnk a $39.95 product makes it much eaiser to sell twice or 3 times as much?

Cut the overhead and you have a better chance to sell the product. Your not just competing against other network marketing products your competeng against Sams club and Walmart too. Your business model better let you make a good offer to the consumer or youll never succeed.

Whatever network marketing company finds a way to move the product to the end comsumer at the best price wins!!!

We spent a long time looking at the pay plan with a Xxxxx presenter.  Bad bad bad.  one of the worst in the industry.  Some levels no commissions.  Must have full levels to get any check at all.  We calculated that you could have over 300 reps in incomplete levels and get paid NOTHING!  The presenter agreed that was true.  Caps on checks.  Binary part requires balance – max of 60% of volume in one leg.  Infinity bonuses don’t kick in until 10K volume balanced.  PNP bad too – termination clause, ongoing required, no retirement, can bequeath but heir must fulfill all duties.  Annual renewal.

We met a rep who has been in Xxxxx for eight months and has made $7.00. 

PNP’s have responsibility gotcha clauses – training, accompanying, bona fide supervisory role, etc. Company must approve sale/transfer of biz, so you don’t own your own business. Company may award territories !!!! No class action suits. Terminated positions will go to the company. Bad bad pnp’s.
Commissions of 4.25% or $5.10 per rep = 1961 reps for 10k. You do not get paid on your own purchases. Retailing is impossible because of high prices. AND YOU DO NOT GET PAID COMMISSIONS UNTIL YOU SPONSOR THREE PEOPLE! Can you spell ‘failure’? attrition?

Reselling worthless e-info. Money can be made without actually selling anything. Scam. Stay away. One rep told us that all the stuff was useless. You can buy packages for $47, $97, $247, $947, $997. Pay someone’s way in for 47 and leverage up. Give away first two sales in upper brackets. All money is paid member to member. Red Flag!!! / Aussie 1,2,3 up SCAM!!
