My Personal mentor Michael Dlouhy, was contacted by someone from the “Donalds” network marketing company and asked him to be in their think tank. Not to join their business but to be in the mastermind group. Why would they WANT Michael ? Is it because of his 30 yr’s in this amazing industry? Maybe because he knows how to build a team with retention? What was the end result? Michael said he ONLY works with people he likes…..end of conversation!!

Let the system do the grunt work

ColorChart

Remember when you first heard, “Sales is a numbers game.” Somebody said that to you because you had called 25 people with absolutely no success. What they meant was, “Keep on swinging. Eventually you’ll hit one.” Unfortunately, they did not have your best interest in mind. They wanted to keep you around a few more weeks before you gave up and they had to train another unknowing suspect.

With this thinking, if you want to make one sale, you’ve got to make 100 calls. Two sales, 200 calls. The problem with that is if you want to make 10 sales, you’ve got to make 1000 calls. Who has time to make that many calls? Can you see how this approach can limit you?

I believe in working smarter, not harder. Instead of grunt work, which is what cold prospecting is, wouldn’t you rather spend your time talking with qualified prospects that need you and want you to call them?

Why on earth would you willingly spend your time searching under rocks for those people, and then begging them for a few minutes on the phone?

Would you rather be able to follow up with a prospect who has already contacted you and get most of them to spend time with you on the phone?

If you are tired of playing the numbers game and are ready to travel a road less traveled, then the Color To Success Training CD will show you the path.

To discover how you won’t have to deal with the numbers, go to:

Is it Luck or is it being ALL IN?

bret

Is it luck or is it being ALL IN?

Can you play ½ of a football game? Here’s a story..There’s a football player named Bret Farve, He played for the green bay packers. He just turned 40 he played for the pack for many years, went to the super bowl just an amazing player, and he wanted to go to another super bowl but his team , they weren’t ALL IN so he retired to get out of his contact, the team told him if you just retire and never play for another team were going to pay you millions of dollars in your contract, don’t play for anybody else and don’t ever play for the Vikings, He retired and went to the jets played and realized they weren’t ALL IN. He was they weren’t, he went to the Vikings and the pack didn’t want him to do that because of the rivalry between the 2 teams. So this year with the vikes he had his best stats ever at the age of 40. most career touchdown passes, most career passing yards, most career pass completions, most career pass attempts, most career interceptions thrown, most consecutive starts, and most career victories as a starting quarterback., went to the playoff game and his running backs  weren’t ALL IN they didn’t BELIEVE they DESERVED to go to the super bowl! Down in the end zone, a simple pass and it went through the receivers hands, why? Because the running back wasn’t ALL IN. Now if your wondering what this has to do with network marketing listen to the following 30 minute audio and tell me……ARE YOU ALL IN? http://tinyurl.com/yhfp2h4

Let me show you what it takes to OWN YOUR LIFE by being ALL IN

XELR8/BAZI, ARBONNE, MY POWER MALL, HOW DOES THIS AFFECT YOU?

ar122583544665491

XELR8/BAZI, ARBONNE AND MY POWER MALL ALL HAVE CRASHED AND BURNED
This e-mail is NOT to celebrate the loss of thousands of Dreams,
it is to further educate You that::

Business Models “”ALWAYS”" Drive The Behavior In The Field.

When You “Front End Load” people with product that they pay
$287.00 wholesale and then they sell it on E-Bay for $50.00 the
“Results” are exactly the same “EVERY” time.

When You understand the “Truth” it’s like having a Crystal Ball.

Arbonne In Chapter 11 Bankruptcy: It’s Official

Posted on 27. Jan, 2010 by Ty Tribble in Arbonne

Arbonne has officially filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection
in Delaware.  Here is the court information:

Natural Products Group LLC, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of
Delaware, No. 10-10239

The company was $530 million in debt while Arbonne distributors
were telling their prospects that the company was debt free.

From Reuters:

The company plans to borrow up to $20 million to fund operations
during its bankruptcy, known as a debtor-in-possessio n loan.

Lenders owed approximately $530 million will end up owning 85
percent of the reorganized company’s equity under the restructuring
plan. They will also have a new term loan worth $125 million.

Lenders owed about $216 million under a separate loan will be
allocated warrants that will allow them to purchase up to 5 percent
of the equity in the reorganized company.

Harvest Partners LP, a New York private equity firm, owns the
pre-bankruptcy equity in Natural Products Group and it will be
wiped out.

Harvest formed Natural Products Group in 2004 to buy Arbonne
International LLC, a direct marketer of personal care products,
and Levlad Inc, which owns the Nature’s Gate line.

Harvest, with other investors, provided $93 million of equity for
the acquisition

Natural Products Group, based in Irvine, California, said in court
documents that it grew rapidly in 2005 and 2006 as Arbonne
added a large number of direct marketing contractors, providing
an unsustainable boost to revenue.

The company’s net sales began to fall in 2007-2009 due to a
loss of direct marketers and downturn in the economy.

The real sad part is that EVERY Distributor that said that the
company ( Arbonne ) was DEBT-FREE while sponsoring can
be sued in court for that action alone.

LEARN THE TRUTH AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE CRASH AND BURN!!!!

How Do I Know If My Network Marketing Company Has Integrity?

picture12

Our Saturday evening leaders call, (listen here, you need this information!) —->  1/23/2010 was full of powerful information about why you need to read your company Policies & Procedures.

In 27 years in network marketing, we’ve learned the #1 feature you must have in place for success:

Company management experience with integrity.

People ask me all the time, “How do I know if my company has integrity?”

The answer is simple: read your company Policies & Procedures. If you can’t find them on the website, it’s a big red flag. Some companies say you can’t read them until after you join. Big red flag.

Why are they ashamed of their P&Ps? Why don’t they want you to read them? The P&Ps are YOUR contract to be in business with them – written by the company lawyers! Every time any distributor ever gets a termination letter, it says, “You have violated the Policies & Procedures.” They never say you violated “Terms & Conditions.” It’s always “Policies & Procedures.”

Most reps never actually read their P and P’s. You need to do it … it may really open your eyes. At least you’ll know exactly what to look for and how to protect yourself.

Let me help you find the truth. Start with our free e-book

What causes “Overnight Success” ?

sintetik5

Have you ever started a job or gone into a new profession without being trained? Did you go down to your local discount store and order a kit to be a lawyer, a doctor, or an engineer? Of course not – to enter those professions, you need specialized knowledge.

What about when you started a job? Did you just walk in off the street and tell them you knew all there was to know about the job and no training would be necessary? I don’t think so. According to most Fortune 500 companies, it takes 6 months of being on the job before the company starts to make any money from an employee. Did you read that closely in 6 months?

Now why is it that people who join a program to earn extra inc0me from home give up in less than 90 days? Could they be missing an important point in life? If just learning a job takes around 6 months to be good at it, then maybe you can start to see why things haven’t worked out for you in the past. In fact, Jennifer Wideman learned this from Success In Ten Steps. To read her story, go to:

Cold Calling STINKS!!!

coldcalling

Let’s be blunt. Cold calling stinks! There has got to be a better way. I am glad to tell you that there is a better way. It is called the “Color To Success” CD Training.

So what do colors have to do with your success level?

How can understanding colors allow you to potentially see up to a 300% increase in your response rate?

Color To Success is a unique approach to helping you have success in contacting prospects. Most people think it is all about having a great ability to close the deal, to make that prospect yank out their wallet and buy right now. This sounds good, but really misses a vital key to long term success.

What is the key to having long term success?

It first starts with understanding the type of business you are really promoting. Many people believe it is all about having the best product or service. Others think it is about having a fancy web site or a 20 page full color brochure.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

It’s not about what you are “selling”, but it is something so simple that most people will completely overlook it. In fact, once you see and understand the simple principles that are shared on this CD, you will be amazed at how you will be able to go from having to hear 100+ No’s every day to dealing with a high number of Yes’s.

If you are ready to discover what you are really promoting and to get the prospects to enjoy your calling them, then go to: COLORS TO SUCCESS

MLM Sponsoring Secrets – A Proven, Tested 5-Step System

MLM_Leads

To grow your network marketing business you need to do:

1. Targeted lead generation

2. Automated prospect follow-up

3. One-on-one relationship building

4. Sponsoring and

5. Training

If you have a single system to perform all these functions, so much the better. If your MLM company or upline group does not provide system(s) to accomplish these targets, you absolutely have to set them up yourself. But it’s a lot easier to go someplace where they understand these MLM sponsoring secrets and already have an established, tested & proven system.

Let me tell you a bit about each aspect of the sponsoring system that I use.

1. Targeted lead generation. Why do you want to build the dream for somebody else? How do you think you’re ever going to make somebody have a dream? You only want to talk to people who ALREADY have the dreams, the goals, the desire to be successful.

Don’t put yourself in the position where you have to convince somebody to get up off the couch, turn off the TV, quit watching the football game and drinking beer. Leave those people alone. They need to do that stuff. We need people in our lives and in this world who do that. Let them do that.

ONLY talk to people who have the goals, dreams, desires. These are the warriors. These are the people who will build the business, no matter what. Target THOSE people. Then your business will be fun & exciting. You’ll have massive duplication when you work with targeted people.

How do you find them?

You want a lead generation system that brings you ONLY the most qualified people. A lead who is a reader is far more likely to have long-term network marketing success than most other leads you get. That is who you must target.

How? You promote a website that has only one objective: capture contact information. So when a visitor comes to your site, their only options are signing up or leaving. And you do your best to make them an offer they cannot refuse. I prefer to offer a great ebook because, again, Leaders are Readers.

2. Automated prospect follow-up. The secret in network marketing is following up with people. People are busy. Our lives are busy. It’s best to have an automated email system going out to these prospects. You need one written by a professional copywriter who knows how to tweak the mind, answer questions, create a relationship in print. You want your automated follow-up to create a relationship with ad copy.

It’s mandatory that you have a system in place to follow-up with people automatically, so you don’t have to do it. Because guess what?

You might be on vacation, on a company-sponsored, company paid-for, week-long trip to Italy. You need an automated follow-up system.

3. One-on-one relationship building: your most important MLM sponsoring secret. Network marketing is a relationship business. You want to sponsor them one at a time and bring them in one at a time.

The only way you can do that is to build a one-on-one relationship with those people.

I’ve seen organizations come online and they sponsor, sponsor, sponsor, recruit, recruit, recruit, using some downline building system. But none of those people ever upgrade, none of those people ever buy product, because there’s no relationship. If you ever tried to call one of those people and say, “Hey, I’d like to visit with you -”, they won’t even return a phone call.

So it’s most important to have relationships when you’re building the business. They’ve got to know that you care.

This step is crucial, so we’re constantly training people to do it. I do a live, generic MLM “relationship-building” training call 5 nights a week. No company is EVER mentioned on these calls. No products are EVER discussed.

You’ll get to listen in while Michael and other leaders work with other callers, talking to their leads, too. You can bring your lead phone numbers to that call, if you want, and we’ll call them together. You’ll hear exactly what to say. We will establish that they are definitely looking for a good way to make extra money from home. Then we will set a time for you to call them back to talk more in depth about YOUR opportunity.

And I promise you, if you build people, then people will build your business.

4. Sponsoring. Wow! I love that word, “sponsoring.” See, I take that word differently than most people. Why?

Because I take YOUR success personally.

When I’m your sponsor, I’m your sponsor for life. I’m 49 years old. And in 50 years or so, I’ll be going to your funeral, or you’ll be going to mine. If I’m your sponsor, that is the way it is. You & I will be in business together the rest of our lives.

So wouldn’t you rather sponsor people that you want to associate with? My mentor told me, “Only sponsor people that you’d want to go on a 1-month cruise with.”

Wow! How important is that? Don’t just sponsor somebody who can fog a mirror. ONLY sponsor people who you really want to build a business with.

5. Training. Absolutely the lifeblood of your business is teaching, training, coaching & mentoring new people on how to do network marketing.

You’d better have a team website. You’d better have a step-by-step Action Plan. You’ve got to train them.

They need to learn the skills of how to do MLM. That’s critical in the training process. You can train a dog. But for people, you have to teach them the skills they need to do this business.

Ninety-two per-cent of the world’s population is sales resistant. They don’t like to sell, don’t like to be sold. So don’t waste your time studying about the superduper elixir drink, where the ingredients are scraped off the rock by blind leprechauns every other full moon. Don’t study the product ingredients.

Study people. Learn our “Color To Success” training. You’ll learn how to listen to people, and you will own your business, and you will own your life.

You can just plug your people right into our training system, and the cycle begins again.

This is what you call a Greased Chute‚ Step 1 flows smoothly into Step 2. Step 2 into Step 3. Step 3 into Step 4. Step 4 into Step 5. And step 5 into Step 1.

And so on and so on.

The term ‘greased chute’ means there are NO bumps along the way. No impediments, nothing whatsoever to even slightly slow the flow of a prospect from one step to the next.

To be long-term successful, you MUST have a ‘greased chute’ marketing system for your opportunity. I love ours because it offers total training in the skills of working with people, so that you get better and better ‚ and your people can plug into exactly the same system, making it far easier for you to help them as you gain more & more experience.

Five Pillars to Success…..Again? Is anybody listening, are you?

motivation_204235

Today I received an email form an internet “coach” that helps other’s succeed.
From what I have seen the “coach” makes money from “coaching” other’s into programs that will make them successful IE; info products, auto sponders, ect. ect. Not a company with a product but affiliate programs which the “coach” makes money from the people they are “coaching”. You do not need to be drawn into a “lead system”, for a large amount of money. This year there will be 100 millionaires made in just one company from a 19.95 a month system…..but let’s get back to the mail I received.
The “coach” said that there were 5 thing’s that a company need’s for you to be successful. I will agree on that point but what those 5 things are we don’t quite see eye to eye. The “coaches” points were as follows;
1) First, the product should be in a wide open no market not tapped.
2) The product should be trendy in the market
3) Retention rate in your business
4) A reasonably priced product, and auto-ship
5) A compensation plan that pays everyone based on their work
Interesting points, now those of you that follow “Mentoring For Free” know of the 5 pillars training, Here are the 5 pillars;

1) Pillar 1: Does the company management have personal experience building their own networking organization? Have they done it with Integrity? A few points to consider on #1
• Search Google for the owners of the company.
• Do the owners have Integrity? Add the word ‘Scam’ to your search.
• Do the owners have a corporate background or an in-the-field Network Marketing background?
• Read your “Policies & Procedures” and “Terms & Conditions”;
both are part of your Legal Contract.
• Look for the word “Ongoing”.
• Look for policies that strike you as “Unreasonable”. Like “Termination, with or without cause”.
• Ask yourself “Does this contract protect me or the company?” “Is it clear which way it leans?”
• Does the company charge you for training or a company web site?
• Does the company charge you for each paycheck they send you?
• Rules of Thumb:
• The longer the contract, the greater the possibility that the policies important to you
are being hidden in “Legalese”!
• If it’s a “Cash Only” business…It’s a Scam!
• If you can buy a position at the top…It’s a Scam!
• If you are offered a “Special Deal”…the playing field isn’t level for all.
• If the products are sold on eBay at a greatly reduced price…Buy there instead.
• If a company is publicly traded, Financial Decisions will be made in Favor of the
Stockholders at the Expense of the Distributors.
• Check these two websites: www.MLMwatchdog.com and www.MarketWaveInc.com.

2) Pillar2: Has the company passed the “early failure” Time Line? Are the company’s Products timed with the beginning of a massive trend of consumer demand?
• Beware of “ground floor opportunities” and start-up companies.
• There should be no rush to get in on the “ground floor”.
• 99% of companies don’t last two years.
• If the company is good today, it will be great tomorrow.
• Most people don’t make money in the first two years while the company is dealing with start-up issues.
• Profit comes AFTER two years. Join then.
• Avoid companies which have passed beyond their “momentum phase” and have become household names.
(The realistic potential for big growth in gone)
• Do not join a company with a product that has no profit margin!
(i.e. – a long distance service or a vinyl record company)

3) Pillar3: Does the company have a Remarkable product at a reasonable price?
• All MLM companies have a good product. But, there are others available that are just as good!
• It should be competively priced.
• If the product has both Retail and a Wholesale price,
Your Company has a Recruiting business model, STAY AWAY unless You are Red!
• Warnings:
• If the product would not sell without the business opportunity attached, it is ILLEGAL.
• If you can’t pay with a credit card and must pay by cash or money order, it is ILLEGAL.
• If distributors collect the money while the company stays at arm’s length, it is ILLEGAL.
• If you MUST have a Retail Merchant’s account, the company is SCAMMING YOU.
• When you begin to justify your product to someone, you become a salesperson.

4) Pillar4: Does the Compensation Plan Pay Part-Timers?
• 95% of networkers are part-time people.
Make sure that people can make a decent income working a few hours per week.
• Beware of companies that advertise how many millionaires they have created.
Make sure it’s not at the expense of those “at the bottom”. Everyone should be able to benefit.
• Take the Comp Plan Test – Ask yourself this question:
• “How many people do I need on my Team to earn a recurring income check of $500 per month?”
• There are companies out there that require as many as 500 and as few as 20.
• It’s not unusual to see well-established companies that require 150 to 350 people and
they are still able attract new distributors – Amazing! They must be sold on the product!
• If your up line won’t or can’t answer this basic question, you should run.
• If you are making only 5% to 8% commissions on product, You are being extremely underpaid.
• If a company stresses “Recruit, Recruit, Recruit!”, You should “Run, Run, Run!”
• The purpose of any business is moving product from the company to the end-consumer.
• The majority of your commissions MUST come from product sales; otherwise, it is a SCAM.
• And if you work a plan that Does Not pay on product volume,
somewhere in the process You will lose money!
• More important: You will lose Credibility Too!

5) Pillar5: Does your Mentor offer a System for Success that will work for You?
• The team you join must have a system in place that will work for everyone who uses it.
• There must be complete resources available; books, videos and audios explaining the system.
• The system should be designed to Teach The System!
Remember, you want to build your business, Not baby-sit it.
• You must take full responsibility for learning the Skill Set. Your mentor can’t do that for you.
An ‘open’ system will allow you to go up line for clarification and advice.
• If you don’t see the system working for you right away, don’t try to reinvent the wheel.
As in everything we do in life there is a learning curve. Plug in and be patient.
• Personal development should have a big emphasis in the system. This is a relationship business,
the more you know about yourself, the better you’ll relate to your clients and customers.

• DO NOT MAKE A LIST OF YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
• DO NOT BUY LEADS.
• Purchased leads require salesmanship.
These methods do not work anymore.
90% of our population are NOT good salespeople.
Not only that, most people don’t even like salespeople.

While the points of what your company should have for YOU to be successful that I received along with many others came with a paragraph of explanation, I personally believe that for you to make a decision based on facts you need a team of critical thinkers that have no agenda. If someone wants to mentor you and makes money from you joining their program you might not find success.

There are many people that learn from one guru that just hands down the guru thinking from one person to the next. It is not the fault of that line of people; they are just doing what a few in this amazing industry have told them. It grows each day as people get more and more desperate to survive. I do not fault the person that sent me the mail as I understand we all seek success. What we need to do as a community is to stop the lie’s of how to achieve success. If you would like to learn more for free, I would be glad to help all that seek the truth. Start by reading our free e-book “Success in 10 Steps”

As a footnote at the end of the mail was a link into a paid program that the author was promoting, as you all know “Mentoring For Free” is a free program to learn how to be successful.
